Log into your ALAND account, select your order from the history, and click the 'Return Items' button to generate a return request.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
